Property: Lysozyme extracted from the egg white is an enzyme which breaks down the cell walls of bacteria, especially Gram-positive bacteria.
Application: Food preservative (seafood, meats etc.),processing aid(wine-making,cheesemaking etc.), oral hygiene products (toothpaste, mouthwash, chewing gum), pharmaceutical industry (gastrointestinal treatments, skin care, optical and oral care).
Recommended ratio: 50-500 PPM, depends on different products.
Shelf life: 18 months kept sealed in cool dry place at room temperature; 36 months in frozen storage.
